Which payment methods we accept?
Payment methods that are accepted are Paypal, credit or debit card, and gift card. Master Card, Visa, Discover, and American Express are accepted.
What is the return policy?
We understand that things can happen during the shipping process and some things are out of our control. If your order is damaged or is not what you ordered, you will receive a full refund or can swap out for a product of your choice. Send info to herbmansgarden@gmail.com first. All packages are insured so if your package somehow gets lost in the mail, contact the post office so you will be compensated with the amount of insurance that comes with the package. Other than that we do not accept returns on orders.
How and When will my package be shipped?
All orders are shipped via USPS. Order are typically shipped 1 to 3 business days after payment is processed. For custom orders, expect at least 1 to 2 weeks before your order is shipped. That all depends on your place in line. All packages are insured.
