What Is A Sea Salt Flush?

The sea salt flush is a cleanse used to clear the entire GI tract and colon of mucus, toxins, and parasites. This is done by quickly ingesting a quart of warm salt water. It is rejected by the body moving rapidly through the system, loosening up the bowels resulting in liquid stools. This flush can be used as part of your detox or fasting regimen. It is a great alternative to colonics and enemas especially if you are against the invasiveness of those two methods.

Directions:

  1. Distiled, spring, or purified water

  2. 1 tbsp sea salt

  3. Chug as quickly as possible without sropping

  4. Follow with another quart of plain water

  5. Lay on backside to avoid or ease feeling of nausea. Rub or massage stomach if neccessary

  6. Wait 45 minutes to 2 hours for recurrent bowel movements to occur

  7. Drink mixture first thing in the morning on an empty stomach

  8. Drink lots of water afterwards

It is suggested that you lay on your right side helping the fluid to leave the stomach completly and and allowing it to flow into the small intestine. The salt water has the same specific gravity as the blood, so the kidneys cannot absorb the salt. This is all theoretical as there is no scientific evidence to back this statement up.

Good Salts To Use:

  • Himalayan Pink Salt

  • Black Hawaiian Lava Salt

  • Celtic Sea Salt

  • Pink Rose Salt

People who have used this successfully claim to have a sense of cleanliness gained through the process. After days, the “stool” becomes lighter and clearer, until it finally appears as “pure” as water. I have used this personally and experienced weight loss (better known as weight release), mental clarity and just felt “lighter” as those toxins were being flushed out. I defininetly felt the difference and swear by it.
